Ingredients:
– 1 cup soaked pistachios
– 1 cup white chocolate
– 3 scoops Naturals malai ice cream
– 1 pack biscuit
– 2 tbsp butter
Method:
1. Crush biscuits and mix in the butter.
2. Line it up in a bowl.
3. Grind together ice cream, white chocolate and pistachios .
4. Top it up on the biscuit mix and refrigerate for 2 hours.
5. Garnish with whipped cream and pistachios.
