Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Malai Ice Cream
- 2 tbsp Rose Syrup
- 1 tbsp Gulkand
- 3 tbsp Thandai Powder
- 1 tbsp Chopped Pistachios (for garnishing)
- 1 tbsp dried rose petals
Recipe:
Just blend together 2 cups malai ice cream with Gulkand, rose syrup and Thandai powder. Transfer to serving glasses, add a scoop of malai ice cream and garnish with pistachios & rose petals.
