Ingredients:
For the Mango milkshake
- Mango chopped 1/2 cup
- Naturals malai Cream 1 scoop
For the Coconut jelly
- Coconut water 300 Ml
- Sugar 2 Tbsp
- Agar agar powder 1 Tbsp (mixed in 2 tbsp water) Garnish
- Chopped Mango
- Coconut jelly
- Soaked sabja
- 1 scoop Naturals malai cream
- Mango milkshake
- Rose syrup
- Rose Jelly
- Almonds flakes (optional)
Recipe:
For Milkshake:
-Blend together 1 scoop Malai ice cream and ½ cup chopped mangoes
For Coconut Jelly:
-Boil 300 ml coconut water along with some sugar.
-Add soaked Agar Agar
-Transfer into a tray and refrigerate for 2-3 hours
Falooda Assembling:
-Start by adding rose syrup to a glass followed by some sev, coconut jelly
-Add milkshake then sabja and rose jelly
-Top it up with some more milkshake, add a scoop of Naturals Malai ice cream, garnished with Almonds, rose syrup and dig in!
