Ingredients:
For the Panna Cotta layer:
- 1 cup softened Naturals Malai Ice Cream
- 1 tsp agar agar powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
For the Mango Jelly:
- ½ cup hot water
- 1 tsp agar agar powder
- 1 cup fresh mango purée
Method:
- Prepare the Panna Cotta layer:

- In a pan, combine softened Naturals Malai Ice Cream, agar agar powder, and vanilla essence.
- Melt together and simmer for a minute.
- Pour into serving glasses placed diagonally in a muffin tray.
- Let it sit for 15 minutes, then refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.

- Prepare the Mango Jelly:

- Mix agar agar powder with hot water and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Stir in mango purée and let cool slightly (5–7 minutes).
- Gently pour over the set panna cotta layer.
- Refrigerate again for 1 hour until firm.

- Top with chopped mangoes, mint leaves, or berries.
- Serve chilled and enjoy a spoonful of mango magic
