Ingredients:

- All purpose flour ½ Cup
- Mango pulp ¼ cup
- Baking powder ½ tsp
- Baking soda ¼ tsp
- Vinegar 1 tsp
- Vegetable oil ¼ cup
For Mango Milk
- Mango pulp ¼ cup
- Malai ice cream 1 scoop

Whisk Malai ice cream, add vinegar then add all other ingredients, Whisk everything together and Microwave for 4 minutes
Let it cool, then poke with the fork so that the mango milk sleeps in
For Mango Milk
Whisk both until its nice and creamy.
Pour over the cake….
Garnish with chopped mangoes!!!
