Ingredients
- Digestive biscuits – 7-8
- Melted butter – 4 tbsp
- Naturals Malai ice cream – 3 cups
- Puréed mango – 1 cup
- Chopped Nuts and mangoes to garnish
Method
– Crush digestive biscuits, add butter, mix well and add it to a container and press down well.
– Take 3-4 scoops of Naturals Malai ice cream and add it to a bowl, allow it to melt and whisk well.
– Add pureed mango and mix together, layer it on the biscuit base and refrigerate for 2 hours.
– Garnish with chopped mangoes and nuts.
