Ingredients:
Mangoes – 1 puréed
Malai Ice cream – 4-5 scoops
Custard Powder – 2 tsp
Sabja Seeds – 1 Tsp
Vermicelli, cooked – 2 tbsp
Strawberry Jelly – 1/2 cup
Recipe:
-Take 4-5 scoops of Malai ice cream cook it along with some mango puree until you get a single boil. Add custard powder (dissolved in milk)
-Let it cool down for an hour.
To assemble:
1.Add ½ cup strawberry jelly in a glass
2.Then add soaked sabja seeds
3.Add prepared custard mixture top it up with cooked Vermicelli.
