Ingredients
- All Purpose Flour – 250g
- Baking powder – 1tbsp
- Baking Soda – 1tsp
- Pinch of salt
- Yoghurt/Curd – 65g
- Vanilla Essence – 1tsp
- Naturals Malai ice cream – 200g
- Sugar – 65g
- Butter – 65g
Instructions
- In a hot pan, add 200 g of malai ice cream and 65 g of butter and boil it.
- In another bowl, sift all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix sugar and curd together, add vanilla essence to it, then slowly add dry ingredients and mix with the boiled malai mixture.
- Transfer it onto a baking tray and bake it at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Cut into pieces and enjoy!
