Ingredients

All Purpose Flour – 250g
Baking powder – 1tbsp
Baking Soda – 1tsp
Pinch of salt
Yoghurt/Curd – 65g
Vanilla Essence – 1tsp
Naturals Malai ice cream – 200g
Sugar – 65g
Butter – 65g

Instructions

In a hot pan, add 200 g of malai ice cream and 65 g of butter and boil it.
In another bowl, sift all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Mix sugar and curd together, add vanilla essence to it, then slowly add dry ingredients and mix with the boiled malai mixture.
Transfer it onto a baking tray and bake it at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cut into pieces and enjoy!
