Ingredients:
- Cooked rice – 4 tbsp
- Coconut milk – 200ml
- Naturals Malai ice cream – 5 scoops
- Mango pieces
Process:
- Mix 3 scoops of Naturals Malai ice cream with 4 tbsp of cooked rice and 100 ml coconut milk and cook in a pan for 10 minutes.
- After it cools down, put it in a small bowl and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
- For the sauce, add 2 scoops Naturals Malai ice cream and 100 ml coconut milk in a pan and cook until it gets thickened.
- Serve rice with the sauce and mango pieces and enjoy!
