Malai Ice Cream Tiramisu

Ingredients:

  1. Digestive biscuits – 4 
  2. Naturals Malai ice cream – 2 scoops 
  3. Cream cheese – 50g 
  4. Coffee powder – ½ tbsp 

Process:

  • Mix ½ tbsp coffee and warm water and dip 2 biscuits in it. 
  • Take a glass jar, put the biscuits at the bottom. 
  • In another bowl, whisk 2 scoops of Naturals Malai ice cream and 2 tbsp of cream cheese till you get a smooth consistency or for 3-4 minutes and pour it on top of the biscuits.
  • Layer with 2 more biscuits soaked in coffee water. 
  • Sprinkle coffee powder on top and freeze for 2 hours and enjoy!
