- Digestive biscuits – 4
- Naturals Malai ice cream – 2 scoops
- Cream cheese – 50g
- Coffee powder – ½ tbsp
- Mix ½ tbsp coffee and warm water and dip 2 biscuits in it.
- Take a glass jar, put the biscuits at the bottom.
- In another bowl, whisk 2 scoops of Naturals Malai ice cream and 2 tbsp of cream cheese till you get a smooth consistency or for 3-4 minutes and pour it on top of the biscuits.
- Layer with 2 more biscuits soaked in coffee water.
- Sprinkle coffee powder on top and freeze for 2 hours and enjoy!
