Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Desi Ghee
- 1 cup Desiccated Coconut
- 2 Scoops of Naturals Malai Ice Cream
- 1 tsp saffron infused milk
Recipe:
-In a pan, add 1 tsp ghee and roast desiccated coconut.
-Now add Malai ice cream from Naturals and cook till the mixture thickens and comes together as a dough
-Divide the dough in two parts and add kesar milk to one part.
-Use both the dough and shape them as modak using a modak mould and they are ready. Enjoy!
