  1. 1 Litre Malai ice cream 
  2. 1 TBSP Basmati rice washed and soaked 
  3. 1 TBSP Ghee 
  4. 5 Gms Cardamom powder 
  5. 5 Gms Nutmeg powder 
  6. 15 Gms Almonds 
  7. Rose petals


  • Mix ghee into soaked rice and leave it aside. 
  • Take a heavy bottom pan, wash it with cold water. 
  • Add a couple of tablespoons of water. 
  • Pour melted Naturals Malai ice cream in the pan and bring it to a boil. Keep the heat on medium. 
  • Continuously keep stirring the Naturals Malai ice cream. Keep an eye on the melted ice cream since it should not stick to the bottom of the pan. Do not allow it to boil over or spill out, or else the burnt smell of it will spoil your entire dish. 
  • Keep stirring slowly for 30-40 minutes. 
  • Add rice and continuous cook the mixture. 
  • When you see it is getting creamier and reduced to almost half, add sugar as per your taste. 
  • Keep mixing and cook on a medium flame for another 10-12 minutes. Add cardamom and nutmeg powder. 
  • Sprinkle slivered almonds and Pistachio.
