Ingredients:
- Naturals Malai ice cream – 3 scoops
- Cornflakes – 150g
- Melted Chocolate – 200g
Process:
- Crush 150g of cornflakes in a plastic bag and mix with 100g of any melted chocolate. Add this mixture to a tin/glass jar and let it freeze for 10 minutes.
- Simultaneously, heat 3 scoops of Naturals Malai ice cream with 100g of chocolate until a thick ganache is formed.
- Pour the ganache on top of the frozen mixture, garnish with some walnuts or nuts of choice and let it cool down and set for 1 hour.
- Cut it into bars before serving and enjoy!
