Ingredients
- Naturals Malai Ice Cream – 500 ml (milk 2 cups)
- Bread Slices- 6
- Chopped nuts
To make Custard slurry
- Custard Powder – 2tbsp
- Cold Milk (to add to custard powder)- 1/4th cup milk
Method
– Add Naturals Ice cream to a pot and let it come to boil, add cardamom powder and the custard slurry and mix till it thickens slightly.
– Add chopped nuts and mix well and allow to cool.
– Cut out bread slices in circles.
– Add the bread slices to a serving plate and layer it with the creamy mixture and garnish with chopped nuts.
