MALAI BREAD PUDDING

Ingredients:

  1. Naturals Malai ice cream – 3 scoops
  2. Custard powder – 12g
  3. Bread pieces
  4. Nuts
  5. Maple syrup for topping
  6. Naturals Malai ice cream for topping

Process:

  • Mix 3 scoops Naturals Malai ice cream and 12g custard powder and heat on flame for 5 minutes until a thick mixture is formed.
  • Preheat the oven to 180-degree Celsius for 10 minutes. In a baking tray, add bread pieces and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove and add custard and nuts on top and bake for 15 minutes at 180-degree Celsius.
  • Serve hot with maple syrup and Naturals Malai ice cream and enjoy!

 

CRUNCHY CHOCO MALAI BARS

Ingredients:

  1. Naturals Malai ice cream – 3 scoops
  2. Cornflakes – 150g
  3. Melted Chocolate – 200g

Process:

  • Crush 150g of cornflakes in a plastic bag and mix with 100g of any melted chocolate. Add this mixture to a tin/glass jar and let it freeze for 10 minutes.
  • Simultaneously, heat 3 scoops of Naturals Malai ice cream with 100g of chocolate until a thick ganache is formed.
  • Pour the ganache on top of the frozen mixture, garnish with some walnuts or nuts of choice and let it cool down and set for 1 hour.
  • Cut it into bars before serving and enjoy!

 

MALAI MANGO STICKY RICE

Ingredients:

  1. Cooked rice – 4 tbsp
  2. Coconut milk – 200ml
  3. Naturals Malai ice cream – 5 scoops
  4. Mango pieces

Process:

  • Mix 3 scoops of Naturals Malai ice cream with 4 tbsp of cooked rice and 100 ml coconut milk and cook in a pan for 10 minutes.
  • After it cools down, put it in a small bowl and refrigerate for 30-40 minutes.
  • For the sauce, add 2 scoops Naturals Malai ice cream and 100 ml coconut milk in a pan and cook until it gets thickened.
  • Serve rice with the sauce and mango pieces and enjoy!

MALAI CHEESECAKE TOAST

Ingredients:  

  1. Grated cheese – ½ cup (50g)
  2. Cream cheese – 1 spoon
  3. Naturals Malai ice cream – 2 scoops
  4. Bread – 4 pieces
  5. Chili flakes, Garlic, Oregano (Optional)

Process:

  • Mix ½ cup of grated cheese, 1 spoon of cream cheese and 2 scoops of Naturals Malai ice cream and cook on a low flame for 5 minutes until a thick paste is formed.
  • Put it on toast and air fry for 7-8 minutes until golden brown/ bake in oven 150 for 5 minutes till cheese bubbles.
  • Serve hot! You can add some chili flakes, garlic or oregano for topping (optional).

MALAI BREAKFAST OATS

Ingredients: 

  1. Oats – 4 tbsp
  2. Naturals Malai ice cream – 250g
  3. Chia seeds – 1 tbsp
  4. Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
  5. Coffee powder – 1/2 tsp
  6. Honey – 1 tbsp
  7. Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
  8. Peanut butter – 2 tbsp
  9. Melted chocolate – 50g

Process: 

  • Mix 250g of melted Naturals Malai ice cream with 4 tbsp of oats, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, 1 tbsp of cocoa powder, ½ tsp of coffee powder, 1 tbsp of honey and 1 tsp of vanilla essence in a glass jar.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours.
  • Take the above mixture and layer it with 2 tbsp peanut butter (crunchy) and on top of that, layer with 50g melted chocolate.
  • Keep it in the freezer for 5 minutes till chocolate is set and enjoy for breakfast!

 

MALAI TEA CAKE

Ingredients

  1. All Purpose Flour – 250g
  2. Baking powder – 1tbsp
  3. Baking Soda – 1tsp
  4. Pinch of salt
  5. Yoghurt/Curd – 65g
  6. Vanilla Essence – 1tsp
  7. Naturals Malai ice cream – 200g
  8. Sugar – 65g
  9. Butter – 65g

 

Instructions

  • In a hot pan, add 200 g of malai ice cream and 65 g of butter and boil it.
  • In another bowl, sift all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Mix sugar and curd together, add vanilla essence to it, then slowly add dry ingredients and mix with the boiled malai mixture.
  • Transfer it onto a baking tray and bake it at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Cut into pieces and enjoy!
