Ingredients:
- 1tbsp ghee
- 1 cup seviyan
- 2 tbsp milk maid
- ½ litre naturals malai ice cream
- 1 custard apple
- 6-7 saffron strands soaked in milk
Method:
1. Crush the seviyan and roast them until golden in ghee.
2. Mix milk maid and shape them into little cups using a bowl or cupcake baking dish.
3. Boil ice cream along with custard apple and saffron until thick.
4. Pour the Rabdi into cups and garnish with silver leaves and pistachios.
