Ingredients:
- 10-12 almonds
- 10 cashews
- 13-14 pistachios
- 3 teaspoons custard powder
- 3-4 cardamon
- 4-5 scoops of Naturals Malai ice cream
- 2-3 saffron strands
For garnishing:
- Chopped nuts
- Rose petals
- Saffron strands
Recipe
1. In a grinder, blend 10-12 almonds, 10 cashews, 13-14 pistachios, and 3 teaspoons of custard powder into a fine mixture.
2. Crush 3-4 cardamom pods into a fine powder.
3. In a large mixing bowl, scoop 4-5 scoops of Naturals Malai ice cream and whisk using a balloon whisk.
4. Add 3-4 tablespoons of the nut mixture, 2-3 saffron strands, and mix everything together.
5. Transfer the mixture to a matka. Top with chopped nuts of your choice, rose petals, and saffron strands.
6. Cover the matka with aluminum foil and freeze for 5-6 hours or overnight.
7. Your delicious matka kulfi is ready to enjoy!
